Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Returns

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

Return Shipping FREE

All approved returns include a prepaid return label. No restocking fees, handling fees, or return shipping charges apply.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will provide a replacement or full refund when applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before 3:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix) on the same day they are placed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
